The simplest route for paying your subscription is by direct debit.

To set this up - just go to SHOP at the top of this page, and then look under the Membership to select the appropriate category. In this case no paper form is required and any data required would be collected at the point of membership set up.

Due to child protection, the required information is slightly greater for Mini/Youth Players (and families) from the other categories. As we need further details, there is a different form for players in this category compared to all other categories. See attached document.
